- One in-person consultation in Santa Cruz.
- Online follow-ups for existing patients, with monitoring labs drawn near home.
Fees: a $275 non-refundable deposit toward the $550 initial consultation, which covers ordering pre-visit labs, then $175 per month. Medication and Quest labs are billed separately. Cash-pay, no insurance billing, no cancellation fees.

The initial consultation is in person. After that, existing patients can have online follow-ups when an exam is not needed; an office visit may still be needed at times.
Can monitoring be done from Monterey?
Yes. Monitoring labs are drawn at a Quest location near you and reviewed with you at follow-up.
Is there a Monterey office?
No. The office is in Santa Cruz at 740 Front St., Suite 250.
What time of day works well?
Mid-day appointments usually mean an easier drive on Highway 1.
